You can see how this would be beneficial to some DIY’ers who use 1ShoppingCart and make mistakes and need help. So if you want to use their phone support, you will need to purchase their support plan or pay-per-call.

Usually new entrepreneurs to 1Shoppingcart don’t understand the system and don’t want to hire someone to set up and maintain for them so 1shoppingcart support ends up doing more training than providing support for their customers.
